This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, Title V, Subtitle A, (Public Law 106-102) and the Federal Trade Commission regulations set forth in 16 CFR 313 pertaining to privacy of Consumer Financial Information.

We collect Nonpublic Personal Information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you by telephone, fax, e-mail, online questionnaires or other forms;
  • Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others;
  • Information we receive from public records. This may include information contained in federal, state and local records such as recorded liens on your property, real estate taxes and assessments, tax liens, etc.
  • Information we received from a consumer reporting agency; and
  • We will collect information about you whenever you interact with us online, either by receiving or storing information you provide or through the use of identifiers called “cookies”. We do not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information from our websites about children under 13 years of age. Our website is not designed to attract children. A person must be at least 18 years of age to open an account online.
